Our services involve custom SEO work performed specifically for each client. Refunds are handled based on the stage the project has reached at the time of request.
If you cancel before the initial audit call and before any work has been started, you are eligible for a full refund. Submit your request within 48 hours of payment to hello@ama-seo.com with your order reference. Refunds process within 10 business days via Stripe.
If the audit has been conducted but the strategy document has not been delivered, a 70% refund is available. The audit report is provided as a deliverable. Request must be submitted within 14 days of the audit call.
Once the SEO strategy document has been delivered and approved, refunds are evaluated individually. We will provide a partial refund proportional to unstarted work at our discretion.
If deliverables do not match the agreed scope, contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will revise at no charge where the issue falls within the agreed scope.
