These Terms of Service govern use of ama-seo.com and all SEO services provided by ama-seo. By placing an order you agree to these Terms in full.
ama-seo is an SEO agency based in Aventura, Florida, USA. We provide technical SEO, local SEO, content strategy, link building, e-commerce SEO, and reporting services. All services are delivered digitally.
Each service is described on the relevant service page and confirmed in the order summary before payment. We reserve the right to decline projects that fall outside our capability or that involve prohibited content.
All fixed-scope services and packages are paid in full at time of order via Stripe. Work begins within 2 business days of confirmed payment. Prices are in USD.
Delivery timelines are stated per package (90, 180, or 365 days). Custom scope timelines are agreed at project kick-off. Timelines are estimates; SEO results depend on factors including Google algorithm changes outside our control.
You agree to provide timely access to required platforms (Google Search Console, Analytics, CMS), review and respond to communications within 5 business days, and provide accurate information about your website and business.
We do not guarantee specific ranking positions or traffic volumes. SEO involves working with search engine algorithms that change independently. We guarantee documented work, transparent reporting, and professional execution.
All strategy documents, reports, and content created for your project become your property upon full payment.
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific service or package. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages including revenue loss.
These Terms are governed by Florida state law. Disputes are subject to the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.
